ORIGIN STORY
Founded in 1968 by a handful of library advocates, the Friends of the Pima County Public Library has grown into a non-profit with over 3,500 members and 300 volunteers, all united around one mission: supporting literacy and public libraries across Pima County. Over the years, the organization has contributed more than $4 million to library programs, averaging $240,000 annually. Every item they sell online was donated by the public.
BEFORE MONSOON
The previous inventory management system couldn't keep up. Upload times were slow, system errors were frequent, and online account health was at risk across every marketplace. A volunteer-run operation needs reliability above all else, and the system they had wasn't delivering it.
AFTER MONSOON
Implementation changed everything. The Monsoon support team guided the organization through the learning curve with patience and availability. Once fully onboarded, production levels jump dramatically. Pre-scanning, receiving, and fulfillment now run smoothly and sales haven't slowed down since.
WHAT THEIR TEAM SAID
"Our workflow speed has increased dramatically. We're moving more inventory faster and the platform just doesn't let us down."
